Also, if the Contractor claimed that the work was delayed due to the Act of God, for example, extremely inclement weather conditions, then, determining if the type and intensity of such weather was not expected during the part of the year at the concerned geographical location.

·          Forensic Analysis of the successive schedule updates including comparison with Baseline, in case, the Contractor had submitted the claim for a Delay Event after several updates.
